Our realtor, Jeff, was an absolute godsend. He helped my husband and I both sell our home and buy our new one, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our sale was anything but simple. We had three offers fall through, and our final buyer experienced lender issues that delayed our closing. Through every setback, Jeff remained calm, honest, trustworthy, and completely on top of everything. He was incredibly organized and always one step ahead, so we never had to worry about missing a deadline or whether everything was in order. Communication was one of Jeff’s greatest strengths. He called us regularly with updates, explained every step of the process, and made sure we always knew what was happening. We never had to chase him down or wonder when we’d hear back, he was always proactive and responsive. Buying and selling a home is never completely stress-free, but Jeff made it as smooth and stress-free as possible. We truly believed everything would work out because we had him in our corner. He went above and beyond to answer every question we had, no matter how big or small, and he was always patient, kind, and reassuring. If you’re looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, dependable, organized, and genuinely cares about his clients, Jeff is the absolute best. We are beyond grateful for everything he did for our family and recommend him without hesitation.

Ok.. it's a long one. Let's start by saying Jeff sold our 1st home, 10 years ago. When we decided to sell again, there was no question that we wanted to work with Jeff again. Jeff helped sell our home in a buyers market at a price that we were more than happy with but was also strategic enough to sell fast. AND BOY DID IT SELL FAST! Within 72 hours, we had 3 showings and 2 offers. Both buyers accepted our counteroffer and we were under contract super fast. I was NOT expecting our house to sell so quickly, so it was a bit hectic but Jeff made me feel so comfortable and calmed me down (on numerous occasions!). Simultaneously, Jeff helped us buy a new build and managed to get them closed within 48 hours of each other so we were not "homeless" for any period of time. It is so easy to walk into these new build neighborhoods and talk with their on-site realtors but I am SO glad and HIGHLY recommend having a realtor like Jeff help you - especially in our scenario where we had an issue with the builder and they were unwilling to budge but Jeff pushed and did not let up and we got it resolved! THANK YOU, JEFF! We will see you again when we decide to make another move :)

Jeff came to our home with a full blown presentation of house comps, different scenarios for the pricing of our home. He gave us tasks to clean up the clutter in the home so that he could do videos, take pictures, etc in order to assist in selling our home quickly. Jeff and his team worked very hard getting everything together for the listing and kept us informed regularly. If we had questions, he was quick to respond. The big day came and the home was listed. Jeff and his team worked the phones to get realtors with their potential buyers to view the home as a result, a lot of realtors and potential buyers came through over a few days. We had multiple offers and one was above listing price. The house is closed now and all along through this process, Jeff was there with assurances, answering more questions and organizing the closing process. As a result of Jeff’s hard work and real estate knowledge, I asked him to help me find a smaller place in 55+ community. Once again he came through. I did some research. He gave some ideas and listings. And of course answered lots of questions patiently. It finally came time for us to look at homes together. While doing so, Jeff would ask why questions about my thoughts about a home to help me focus on what I was really seeking. I never lived in an HOA or 55+ community so this was in a way all new to me. I eventually found a home that I wanted and again Jeff was there to guide me through the process of buying. The offer, the “this needs to be fixed list” for the sellers, the back and forth on the negotiation. At the end of this journey, I now have my new home to me and best of all made some new friends along the way. I now call Jeff my friend.

Just closed on a house in Summerlin and Jeff was my agent. I cannot conceive of how this potentially stressful and difficult transaction could have been any easier and stress free. Jeff really knows this business and did an extremely good job in explaining the process and helping me navigate through it. He was always able to offer advice in a way that was useful and never pushy. He was willing to spend as much time with me as I needed and I always felt like I was his only client, although I’m sure that was definitely not the case. If I needed a real estate agent in the Las Vegas area again, Jeff is the only one I would consider.

Jeff is a wonderful realtor. Hard working, honest, dedicated, communicative, with a friendly personality. We first met him when we purchased our home in Las Vegas, coming from Minnesota. He was suggested to us by our mortgage company and we gladly stayed with him. We then partnered with him to sell the same house that he helped us purchase. This time we were moving back to MN. He and his team were very easy to deal with during the listing process. They offer a high-end portfolio for your house including professional stills, drone and a 3D walkthrough. Your house gets its own link and updates on the general online sites (zillow, redfin, etc). The presentation of your house online is top notch. Patience, drive and professionalism - that's what Jeff had to have when helping us sell. We came across so many unforeseen road blocks related to the eventual buyers of the house and Jeff was professional, proactive and dedicated through the process. He's very knowledgable about the market and real estate in Vegas and his experience was instrumental for us. He is very easy to work with and highly dedicated, you will not be disappointed!

Jeff Galindo is definitely the best realtor I have ever worked with! He was just wonderful, friendly, professional, knowledgeable! He gave me great advice all along the way. He made a stressful process much less stressful. He did a great job marketing my house, and I got a couple of great offers right away. After accepting the higher offer, through no fault of Jeff’s, after about five days, the sale fell through. Jeff actually got me another offer the same day, and this time, there were no issues. Jeff Galindo is an Awesome realtor. He did everything for me and sold my Condo in a couple days after he posted it publicly. We were many miles apart and I never had to do anything. Excellent man.

We meet Jeff through an inquiry on Realtor.com. Once he came to our house we knew immediately that he was the realtor we wanted to use to sell our house. From the great go he was extremely great about being in contact with us every step of the way. He went above and beyond on multiple occasions, even after we closed on the sale. Ironically we never met up with him face to face after we signed our original paperwork. If there would be a suggestion for improvement we would have liked if he would have came to the seller close.

Jeff Galindo helped me sell my mother's home after health declined and she had to relocate. He is warm and professional and accomodated my needs and concerns. He was straightforward and clear about what I needed to do to maximize the value of my house. His analysis and knowledge of the sales environment was through and solid. His photo shoot and listing were high quality and appealing. He and his team staged my mom's house and he oversaw necessary repairs--which was really critical, as I lived out of state.
