Is Jeff Galindo a Good Listing Agent for Your Las Vegas Home? Reviews and Results

by Jeff Galindo

Jeff Galindo is a strong candidate for Las Vegas homeowners who want an experienced listing specialist with public client feedback and a substantial sales history. My record includes Nevada licensure since 1998, 300+ five-star reviews, and published NAHREP recognition. If you’re deciding whether to hire me, here is the evidence behind that reputation and what it means for your sale.

I’m Jeff Galindo, Owner/Broker of New Door Residential. Reviews tell you how clients experienced the work. Sales history shows the depth of that work. The most useful decision comes from considering both alongside the plan for your own home.

What do clients say about working with me?

On my Zillow profile, you can find reviews specifically marked for Jeff Galindo. Three examples give you a starting point:

  • A May 28, 2026 review by user80333368 describes returning to work with me after I had sold the client’s first home ten years earlier.
  • Toby Matthieu’s May 8, 2026 review credits attention to detail and coordination during a sale and purchase in the same month.
  • Taylor Guzek’s August 6, 2026 review describes my help selling one home and buying the next.

These are individual client accounts. Together, they give you something practical to investigate: repeat business, coordination, and the experience of making a move with my help. You can also read additional feedback on my client reviews page.

The review count at the top of Zillow’s profile covers the team. My 300+ five-star review figure should not be read as a claim that Zillow alone shows that many reviews for me.

What does the professional recognition establish?

The 2018 NAHREP Top 250 Latino Agents report lists me, under Jeffrey Galindo of New Door Residential, first among its individual agents by transaction sides. The report uses 2017 production.

That is recognition from a named organization with a published report you can inspect. It establishes a historical production achievement within that category. It is useful evidence of experience, rather than a claim that I am currently ranked first among every agent in Las Vegas.

For a homeowner, the reason to care is the amount of real transaction work behind the recognition. That experience informs the questions I ask about the property, its competition, and the sale you need to complete.

What do my career pricing results show?

Across more than 2,000 career transactions, the median home has closed at more than 98% of its original asking price.

I use the original asking price because it gives you context from the beginning of a listing. A percentage measured against a reduced final list price answers a different question. “Median” means the middle result when the results are ordered; it does not mean every home sold at that percentage.

This career summary supports a discussion about pricing experience. It does not tell you the selling time or concessions on a particular home, and it is not a forecast for your property. Your recommendation still needs to be grounded in relevant competing homes and the condition of yours.

How does that experience show up in your listing?

My homebuilding sales background helps me examine the differences that a basic square-footage comparison can miss. A floor plan, finish level, or lot position can change how a buyer sees the home. Understanding those distinctions gives the preparation and marketing a clearer purpose.

My listing approach also includes a written game plan, a preparation checklist, professional photography and video, a dedicated property website, advertising, and buyer-agent outreach. The experience behind the numbers needs to carry through into specific work on your behalf.

As a listing specialist, I connect that work to your move. Where you’re going and when you need to be there help determine what the sale plan has to accomplish. That is particularly important when selling and buying are part of the same decision.

Why should this put me on your shortlist?

You have several different kinds of evidence to consider: clients describing their experience, a published historical achievement, a career pricing record, and a defined listing process. Each answers a different part of the hiring question.

My case for earning your business is that this experience is directly relevant to the work you need done. You need a price you can understand, preparation with a purpose, a professional presentation, and someone who takes the next move seriously.

A consultation lets us make that connection concrete. You can see how I think through your home rather than trying to make a decision from a rating or a résumé alone.
